Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Be Well Counselling Last updated: [Insert Date] At Be Well Counselling, we value your time and are committed to providing you with quality care. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow our booking and cancellation policy. 1. Booking Appointments Appointments can be booked online through our website, via email, or by phone. All new clients may be required to complete an intake form before the first session. Sessions are available both in-person and online. 2. Payment Fees will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is required either before or immediately after each session unless otherwise agreed. We accept [insert accepted payment methods: EFT, card, cash, etc.]. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged at the full session fee. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of consideration for the next client. Full session fees will apply. 5. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the therapist. 6. Confidentiality Reminder All sessions are private and confidential in accordance with HPCSA ethical guidelines and South African law. 7.
